The store refused to refund my deposit, which is quite bad.

There was a huge earthquake in Hualien in 0403, and all transportation lines in Huadong were shut down. I was unable to arrive and check in. The store refused to refund my deposit, which was quite bad and had a very bad attitude. It has been posted on major websites, and the announcement must be made before checking in. 早餐很好吃，樣式多樣化，尤其是咖啡和可頌都在水準之上，員工親切有禮，細心可靠，床很好睡，讓我們得到充分的休息，飯店設施從很多的小地方可以感受到其誠意與用心，會讓人想再次入住的飯店！

去年住過一次，很滿意，所以今年又來，還是很滿意。旅店不大，但房間乾淨、環境幽靜、品質舒適，人員的服務態度親切，早餐也很ok！以後有機會還會再來。

1.飯店很新，乾淨，房間床加大夠寬敞，服務親切。
2.衛浴使用軟水系統，洗起來有保濕效果。
3.早餐不錯，中西式都有，比一般民宿還棒。
4.離火車站很近，相對地離市區就很遠，吃東西就不方便。
5.電視有幾個頻道不能觀看。
6.空中花園可以看景。
7.隔音有待改進。
