Very reasonable price during summer holiday. With breakfast and happy hour, even 24 hours drinks and ice cream, there's nothing to complain about.

What a plesant stay!

I stayed for one night on weekday and it was very pleasant stay.
Check in was very smooth. Japanese speaking staff coordinated me very efficiently.
Room was tidy. Appreciate 2 pet bottles of water for free.
What stroked me was the free dining service! In evening, 2 pints of beers and some foods were for free. You can eat varieties of ice creams at any time!! I saw many people eating there. No wonder. I especially enjoyed Taiwanese beers and Canelé.
It was 10-15 min ride from highspeed railway station. If you're picking up the taxi at the station, tell the driver the hotel name 康橋慢旅 and the address clearly. There's a hotel called Kindness hotel very close by and easily mixed up.
I paid NT$2,860.00 for a standard double room incl. breakfast for one night by Expedia.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy.
The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours!
The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent and the property is super clean! Was very surprised to see how thorough the staffs were at cleaning the dinning areas and especially the rooms. Housekeeping took off the AC vents for every room to clean and disinfect daily! I’ve never seen that, not even for five star hotels. The management team and ownership really cares about the establishment and customers. Based on the price point, it’s truly best bang for your bucks in Tainan area. One thing I believe they can improve on will be the laundry facility. It’s located outside of the property and even though it’s controlled access, it’s very dark inside and there might be some safety concerns IMHO. Other than that, this hotel is perfect.

The pillows lack of support, that means one should ask for additional one for better support. Other than that, everything is perfect for wanting a laidback, easy stay at this area.
