Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay at Soro Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Dushanbe. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options each morning.
The location is excellent—quiet, safe, and convenient for visiting the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the genuine hospitality that made me feel at home throughout my stay.
I highly recommend Soro Hotel to anyone visiting Dushanbe. I would definitely stay here again!

Overated one star hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my wife Ritu Gupta from 23rd jun to 25th jun 2026.
1. This is an very ordinary hotel
2. There is no lift
3. Attitude of reception is not good
4 It seems that hotel is run by family member
5. The staff don’t know english
6. Rooms condition is very deplorable
7. Furniture of rooms are broken
8. Rooms are smelly
9. Mattresses are very old and having pits
10 This is overrated on internet.
11 staff is not helpful
12 Breakfast is very ordinary ,only few items

never go to this hotel ever, We had booked a night with them, since tajikistan government didn't issue a visa. I called and asked them to reschedule to another date or reimburse something. Them being greedy, took the money deposit without even trying to accommodate the patrons. Stay away from them, there are better hotels around the area

This place is a family owned operation and they treat me like their own family. I’ve noticed they treat all their guests as their own family and are welcomed here. Spacious rooms, great healthy and fresh daily breakfast. I’ve stayed for 8 nights here and I am planning to come back to this place again 😊
