I checked in and after 60 mins checked out. Room ok. Staff ok but nothing in the immediate area to speak of. They kept my £60. No recunds

Additional costs of dirty terry towels

We stayed there one night. When checking out we almost had to SFR. 70.- pay because the terry towels had a little residue of hair color on them (I dyed my hair two weeks before). I think this is a huge disaster. I'm sure the hair color went out with washing.

Overall not a bad place, lobby is very nice and clean, staff are very friendly, rooms are nice and clean, pool looked very nice.

Thai hospitality… no

The room itself was fine, the balcony facing the main street was loud and dirty (it wasn't cleaned in the 3 days/2 nights). The room was thin on sound, the staff were unfriendly. We were only greeted once during our stay (by the receptionist at check-in). The breakfast was beyond reproach. With all my love for Thailand: NEVER again at this hotel.
