It is not the first time we have visited this hotel, we have been looking forward to coming back because it is not only suitable for families with children, but also for couples who want to have a quiet and romantic place to be. Cleanliness, courtesy, good atmosphere are just some of the positive things here. The beach is clean and free of trash, which is a rarity down the coast. The park area is lovely. And they have created great areas for Valentine's Day. Recommended!

Old room, bad hot tub, bad hot water, bad TV

I don't want to call it a hotel. Choose it because it has a pool, there are slots for kids to play, but otherwise I don't know what's good. The Deluxe Seaview rooms are very old. The equipment is tramped in a room full of mosquitoes, even if there's no open doors or balconies, the mosquitoes are useless, unusable, the service is normal and not outstanding. Some staff are more service minded than others. Breakfast is diverse, but the ingredients are about Makro.
The sister's room when she checked in for a while, found that the chair was broken, but the maid insisted that the room was not well inspected, the chair was not broken, and the evidence was a scotch tape on a chair where the scotch tape was old to dust. It was probably broken a long time ago, but no one noticed that the old room was broken, the trout equipment, the TV, the shower was not stable, the shower was hot, the shower was hot, the night was wet, the train with the grass was smelly dusty.

Lovely hotel with one of those open breezeways in the lobby so when you arrive, you can see right through reception to the ocean. Enjoyed the breezes, the large breakfast buffet, multiple swimming pools, and the beautiful, warm ocean. Lots of Instagram photo opportunities on the beach. Beachfront bar and restaurant. I love eating and drinking with my toes in the sand but the food and drinks here were average at best and prices were high. Do not order the chicken bones/wings.
