Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. The gala dinner for 31st December 2025 is included in the price. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any transfer instructions. Please note that guests are required to present a valid photo ID (only passport or identification card) upon arrival. Please note that additional guests will incur an additional charge of THB 1980 per adult, and THB 990 per child. A refundable deposit of THB 2000 per pet will be placed on the guest's account registration. This deposit will be used for extra cleaning, if required. In the event of damages to the guest room or hotel property, the deposit will be credited towards charges owed. When travelling with a cat or a doge under the weight of 10 kg and the height of 50 cm, please note that an extra charge of THB 500 per pet, per night and room applies. Please note that pets are not permitted on beds or furniture or in the villa’s pool.
