That's the New Samui Hills, all rooms have been renovated,

Great for backpacking.

Good value for money ! However uncomfortable beds and slightly out of the way. You can hire mopeds from hotel however ensure you cover your backs and photograph them as we had issues at checkout claiming we had damaged them ( which we hadn’t ) which was very stressful.

Great out of the bizz location

Where to start.
It's a budget hotel I think possibly more aimed at backpackers as a hostel style accommodation.
Bedding linen towels all need to be renewed they are far to outdated and in a desperate state. The staff were great Marco & his wife were lovely people. The other lady who works their is fantastic she goes above and beyond to help your stay much more enjoyable. They do have dogs but they were very friendly and we are doggy people so that didn't put us of.
Location is in the south of the island and you will need transport to access the island and other locations.

Friendly and reasonably priced hotel in the hills

We stayed here for a week in February 2023. We volunteered at the dog sanctuary next door (mostly taking dogs for a walk), did Muay Thai for the first time at a great local place and went to the beach.
It was a great base and Marko and his partner could not have been more helpful. They helped us organise transport and even food to get delivered.
There’s no food at the hotel and although we hired mopeds one day we mostly walked around. It’s kind of between a hotel and hostel feel. There’s a kitchen/bar area with free help yourself coffee and tea and you can sit in the cabanas in the morning and have some breakfast if you buy yourself from 7-11 and local fruit vendors.
The pool area with hammocks is a nice place to chill and we noticed quite a few would sit around on their laptops including us some mornings. Would make an ideal spot for a digital nomad whose looking for a slower pace.

Relax relax relax 5 stars

If you love nature and relax this is the PLACE.
Lovely staff, nice clean rooms and a wonderful pool for relaxing when the Thai heat hit.
5 STARS hand down
Plus so near do some secluded beaches, what a time we had
