The breakfast was excellent, proper traditional Thai dishes with amazing quality and taste. Coffee was amazing where it’s hard to find in Thai hotels. Super affordable where we have no idea how they make money from how little they charged.
Allowed us to checkin really early, helpful staff, cleaned rooms and we booked 3 from the presidential suite to standards rooms. All was amazing for the price.

Noise

Large hotels that host many events sometimes allow excessive noise, preventing guests from sleeping. Some staff members were indifferent to calls informing us of this, and even when we mentioned we had young children, they simply replied nonchalantly that we should wait until midnight.
I paid for a room to sleep in, not to listen to music in the hotel.
The old room was tolerable, but the staff ignoring complaints was unacceptable.

Thai style provincial hotel

A large provincial hotel built in typical Thai style and well located to explore the city..
Grand entrance and reception area and many meeting/conference/dining rooms.
The outdoor swimming pool is a nice feature.
Breakfast buffet is mostly Thai food and there is a good choice.
Our bedroom was ok, clean with modern bathroom. We slept well. The bed sheets look like they've been around a long time.
We were the only farangs at the time and there was a large Thai group attending a seminar but there is lots of room.
The staff were courteous and helpful.
It served our purpose of breaking our journey to Koh Samui.

The bed was comfortable, which makes such a change from 5 weeks of rock hard beds! The shower was powerful. The room was big. The public areas in the hotel were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and the service good. The reception staff were lovely, all eager to practice their English. Only negative was no WiFi in the rooms only in the lobby. A tired, but nice hotel.

Older hotel but really clean and comfortable . Nice big pool . It was very quiet . Close enough to the city centre. No complaints . For the money it was really quite good . Just dated but that’s okay . Cle as n and good aircon
