A very pleasant stay!

This was our first stay at Baan Sukhumvit Inn Soi 18 and it will not be our last. The Hotel was very comfortable and we were made very welcome by the friendly, helpful staff. The location is perfect for the Bangkok Transport System and Underground.

This property is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the train. However, it is very small old and unfortunately smells musty. We found roaches and bugs in the room and many of the lights did not work so it was very dark. The staff were apologetic when we spoke to them about everything however we did decide to check out early and find a different hotel. We spent over two weeks in many places in Thailand and this was the only hotel we ended up having an issue with.
If you’re OK with a lower star quiet small minimal amenity hotel then you’re OK to stay here I would be quite hesitant to recommend due to the bugs and limited options available.

The staff was nice, the hotel cosy, and the location good. However, the shower was not very hot, and the toilet had some plumbing issue that made it so it required about five minutes between flushes, which was less than ideal for a family of three.
