Of immense kindness

We were very well received and the team always responded quickly to our questions and requests. They offer taxi services to get where you want at more than decent prices!
The room was large and well equipped, there is food nearby, the metro is less than 5 minutes walk, 2 supermarket 2 minutes.
Thank you all for your attention, your kindness, we know where we will go on our next trip to Bangkok!

The rooms are fine. The reception ,pool and general lounge area is a mess. This hotel has great potential but the initial impression is deserving of a 50$ per night hotel. Overall i would say this hotel is overpriced for the offerring at current time. If it is going to have prices such as what was offerred it has to really raise its game. Unfortunately , i will not revisit this one.

Will use this place again

Like a combination of very modern & old style Thai - I'll be using this place again.
Our room 801, was clean modern, a good size, & had a good bathroom. Although being on the 8th floor ment sometimes the water pressure was a little low, the view from the room was great. The room had eating utensils, a preparation bench, sink, & table to eat at.
Owner & staff were very polite.
A good size pool & some gym equipment are also nice to have.

Glad we chose Baan Tanwa

We deliberately chose a hotel outside the hustle and bustle of the center. It was the right choice. As if you are in a village. The metro is within walking distance and next to the hotel there is a market with stalls where you can taste what the locals eat. There is also a nice place opposite the 7/11. You get your chilled beer from the neighbors and you're eating among the locals again.
The rooms are spacious enough for a short stay. New toiletries and towels every day.
The swimming pool looks a bit messy, but great for cooling off. Nice terrace where you can drink beers and eat something simple. Everyone was very friendly. Price quality is a big 10
