Excellent Service and a Spotless Room
The hotel was good and the room was very clean special thanks to Fern, who was very helpful and friendly she was always happy to assist and made us feel very welcome.

Nice Experience!
My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our experience here. We stayed here for four nights. Everyone was super friendly and has been very helpful, especially Mr. Nueng. If we are revisiting Bangkok, I would love to stay at this hotel again.

The best
Every detail counted, from the warm welcoming all the way to the heartbreaking checkout. Everything was amazing and everybody was really kind and considerate. The floating smiles on there faces just makes you feel like home and safe.
This place is such an incredible experience and I am definitely looking forward to coming back soon.
I’m in love with the service of all titles to the point that I don’t think any other place will satisfy me anymore other than here!

We had the most wonderful stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and luxurious, but what truly makes it special is the warmth and genuine hospitality of the team.
A very special mention to Ms. Nisa Odglun, Reservations Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. She was incredibly warm, thoughtful, responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Her personal attention and willingness to help made such a difference and truly reflected the level of hospitality the hotel strives for.
We were especially grateful for the complimentary early check-in and late check-out, which was incredibly generous and made our travel so much easier. It was such a thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated.
