Wonderful
Came back and saw everyone again and it was like seeing family again loved the trip and everyone was so helpful and wonderful Shah, Dom, Kim, Tip, Nick and Rik and katie were wonderful! They were always asking if they could help and were always giving advice on directions or nice places to go

Staff are excellent. Prperty is clean. We use Bumrungrad hospital so location is ideal for us. Will use furama in the future

Great experience
The staff at the restaurant especially Beam Pawee. The staff at the reception-the young men, the concierge and the slim young lady that wears glasses were great .
The room attendant Khun Sreyleak Kaew is excellent!!! She is the reason our stay was memorable. She and Beam are the reason we will visit again. They embody the true spirit of Furama which exemplifies resilience, kindness, cheerfulness, professionalism and sheer effort. Please acknowledge both staff specially. They were humane and professional in their interaction with us. We are happy to jump on a call to express our appreciation to both staff, personally. It is also because of them, that we have recommended Furama to several people coming to Bangkok and in need of proximity to Bumrungrad International Hospital.
