A romantic oasis in the heart of Bangkok!!!

The intimate and welcoming atmosphere made us feel immediately at home. The rooms are elegant and well-kept, with design touches that reflect local charm. Breakfast was a pleasure, with both local and international options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more special. The location is convenient for exploring the city while being a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

Good location

Fantastic location, very close to the subway, in the heart of Chinatown, a stone's throw from the train station.... strategic point, breakfast not excellent, but in the norm. The very kind owner but the girl at the reception does not even look Thai, never a smile and around here it is all a say..... The terrible rooms, very very minimal, also lacks the minimum space to open the suitcase, I dare not think if you are 2 and you have two suitcases to open, not to mention the staircase to climb: steep and uncomfortable... except for the location in the city, I repeat is fantastic.

Correct

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Flat on the shower that does not flow and the pipe that pinches. Proper lead. Good breakfast
Great location unless you are in a room that looks out onto the street with the parking lot buccaneer in front, the guy whistles all day!!
To visit Bangkok, it is enough we do not stay in the room

Horrible, absolutely avoidable

I have stayed in more than 200 hotels but this is the first time I have seen such a situation! When booking a room, I always make sure it has air conditioning, an essential element in a warm country. With 33 degrees outside, the two bedrooms, located under the roof and connected by a small door, reach 43 degrees inside. In Booking’s photos, air conditioning is present in both rooms... except that, on the spot, the owner requires an extra charge to activate the second unit, an info not specified in the ad (maybe he has changed it since). It is obvious that one air conditioning is not enough to refresh the whole accommodation... I explain to the owner that it is not honest not to mention such an important point, which is not a simple detail. But very quickly, I realize that this tenant is extremely greedy, seeking to save on everything, at the expense of the comfort of customers. No change of towels, no cleaning (which nevertheless deserves it, not to mention the evacuation of the shower obviously never maintained). No bottles of water in the fridge, although it is a norm in Thailand... except here. His excuse? A fountain available to fill its own bottles... fountain remained empty for the duration of our stay. Breakfast is just as petty: just one coffee or juice, and even water is charged extra. In short, a shabby hotel, run by a dishonest and pitiful owner. The anecdote is that he’s Italian... which perhaps explains a lot, because a Thai would never allow himself such behavior. I will turn to his particularly unsympathetic character – he better change his profession – and his odious attitude towards his staff, making the atmosphere even more cumbersome. Some find solutions others create problems... Guess this gentleman is

Top hotel! Prefect location! Clean and cozy rooms! Absolutely recommended!

A unique hotel! Great location for sightseeing on foot. The owners are endlessly kind and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean and extremely cozy. Breakfast is prepared on the spot when you get downstairs and is very tasty. In the evening you can order pizza and it is also very tasty. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we would recommend it again. We felt great there which made our stay in Bangkok great. A taxi from or to the airport is 13 euros via Grab. Whatever I write about this hotel will be little. You just have to visit to feel the hospitality. For this price, you cannot find such a room and such hospitality anywhere. Thank you for everything and we hope to see you again!
