I recently stayed at Glint Siam Hotel in Bangkok, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
The location is not ideal, especially for a girls’ trip, as the hotel is situated deep within an alley. It can feel inconvenient and somewhat uncomfortable, particularly when returning at night.
The hotel lobby was also not what I expected. It isn’t a proper lobby, but more like a low-ceiling carpark area with a small reception setup that resembles a security guard office. It didn’t feel welcoming or like a typical hotel entrance.
Cleanliness was a major concern throughout my stay. The room floor did not seem to be properly swept, and there were ants on the bed, which caused rashes on my arms. This made the stay very unpleasant.
Housekeeping also lacked attention to detail. After the room was “cleaned,” I noticed the same dirt marks still present on the towels, which made it seem like they were not replaced.
Another issue was the lack of soundproofing. At night, when trying to sleep, I could clearly hear other guests showering, talking, and even footsteps from outside, which made it difficult to rest.
Lastly, there is only one lift in the hotel, so waiting time can be quite long, especially if you are rushing.
Overall, due to the hygiene issues, noise disturbances, inconvenient facilities, and less-than-ideal location, I would not recommend this hotel—especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, and a peaceful stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a holiday. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared. Staff were attentive and made the experience even better. Would definitely come back again!

Affordable and worth it. The room was modern and spotless, just a short walk to the BTS. Staff were kind and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay, would definitely recommend xx
