Great accommodation

Another great stay at Lohas suites, located in the best area of Bangkok, nice swimming pool on rooftop and fast WiFi.

Feedback on stay

Hotel'staff were friendly. There was a free tuk tuk to nearby shopping centre each hour, which was great to have. Room and facilities were great. Swimming pool area had a nice view.
Only negative to mention - the hotel room was not always cleaned in the morning, had to phone to request this. Hand towels & kitchen towels not always provided.
We asked for a late check out, vwhich we pay a small fee for.
Overall, good stay.

Dear Rianda,
Thank you for choosing Lohas Residences Sukhumvit. We are glad that our friendly team, the complimentary hourly tuk-tuk service to the shopping centre, and the room and facilities contributed to an enjoyable stay, and that you appreciated the views from our pool area.
We have noted your feedback regarding the inconsistent morning housekeeping and towel provision. Please note that all amenities are available upon request at the Front Desk, and our team will be happy to assist whenever needed.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for a better, more comfortable stay.
Best Regards,
David

Shabby Derelict Rooms

Firstly, the staff here are exceptional: generous, friendly and helpful, all going above and beyond to assist the guests. But no amount of Thai hospitality and amicability can amend the discomfort of the shabby, dirty and derelict rooms here.
I booked this place because I wanted a microwave as well as kettle, but needn't have bothered: the microwave (as all the furniture and appliances) appeared to have been installed in the 1980s, and continued breaking down in the middle of reheating. Even the ‘washing-drying’ machine left my clothes wet and needing to be hung dry. The kitchenette and bathroom sinks are clogged, the toilet and tap water pressure is weak, and there were no shelves in the (albeit decent-sized) fridge.
As well as the broken furnishings and appliances, the bedroom reeked of the unmistakable stench of mouse pee (NB I never saw any actual rodents, but once you’ve lived with them, that smell is instantly recognisable). The aircon unit, whose only options were 'Antarctic' or off, dripped water all over the modem and powerpoints, the bedside tables and lamps were falling apart, the furniture was circa 1970s flea market, and the bottom of my white socks - only two hours after checking in - were black with dirt. Apparently mopping the rooms doesn't factor into the hefty daily fee.
The common areas, by contrast, are rather lovely: the rooftop garden, swimming pool (if shabbier and nothing like the airbrushed photos), spa and sauna, and lobby.
Unfortunately the private rooms, for all their space, are so olfactorily and aesthetically uncomfortable that it's impossible to spend any unnecessary time inside; which offered the unintentional bonus of forcing me to explore the city.

Dear Valued Guest,
We appreciate you bringing the condition of your room to our attention. It is concerning to learn about the cleanliness and maintenance issues you experienced, and we regret the discomfort this caused during your stay.
Your feedback regarding the odour and the condition of the appliances and furniture is noted.
We hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us and provide a stay with cleaner, better-maintained rooms on a future visit.
Best Regards,
David

Great 4 night stay

We stayed in a premier balcony room. The balcony was a nice space with two chairs and a coffee table. While the decor may be a bit dated overall this hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything required (microwave, wine glasses, and a full size fridge/freezer). The room was semi split into the kitchen area bedroom area and had an air con in both.
We used the hotel tuk tuk to catch a ride to the end of Soi 2 each morning, where is was a short walk to the pholen chit bts sky train station.
We used the bikes each morning to bike to benjikiti and Lumpini parks. Chilled by the pool each afternoon. They had a sauna but I never used it. The back exit onto soi 4 was very handy, with 7-Elevens a short walk in both directions.
The breakfast, while basic, was good. The people at the egg station did an awesome job of omelettes.

Dear Susan,
Thank you for choosing to stay with us and for your kind review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your premier balcony room with its two chairs and coffee table, and that our friendly staff made your stay pleasant. It is wonderful that the well-equipped room, tuk-tuk service, complimentary bikes, and pool added to your experience, and that you especially liked the omelettes at breakfast.
We note your comment about the decor and appreciate your understanding. We hope you will return for more relaxing mornings in your balcony room and bike rides to Benjakitti and Lumpini parks.
Best Regards,
David

Absolute a pleasure staying at Lohas Residence, this is my fourth time staying there, great motel.
May I suggest though , having a bar at the pool would be so much better , like between 12pm-4pm, with light snacks, just a thought.
I will be staying there again,.
Thankyou
Lee Worboyes 🙏
