Being scammed

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL
I had booked this hotel through booking.com. 6 weeks ago. And paid in full as they asked to be paid, with no refund if you cancel at any time. (red flag right there)
for the past 3 weeks i have received scam messages daily, either through booking.com, email and WhatsApp messages. The Miracle Gallery Hotel has had a security breach happen their end and a scammer has manged to take over their account therefore they have managed to get peoples details, Address, phone numbers, & bank account details. The scammers have also manged to get into their booking.com account. Which they are sending links for you to click on and fill out. I have asked the hotel on a few occasions to remove my details off there system. To date they have not removed my details so I am still getting scam messages.
I have also notified Booking.com who are also being slow at removing the hotel of ther system. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL

VERRRY RUDE RECEPTIONIST

Rooms are very small, bathroom is very small and need renovation, the staff is friendly though except for 1 guy at the reception I will attache his phone,, HE IS VERRRRRRY RUDE, I asked for shower room after I check out with extra payment if needed and the other lady at the reception said sure even without money but that guys started to shout on her with their language and then told me in very rude way NO NO U CAN'T COME I tried to explain him that he should speak polit with guests as it's the main part of his job but then he told OK GO GO,,, he is really rude

What a Dump

Dirty linen on the beds. Cigarette burns on the bed, ants crawling around, so noisy that you won't sleep. What can I say, what a dump ! We paid for 2 nights and checked out after the first night. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THIS PLACE WON'T SUIT ANYONE.
