Perfect for introverts!

Im not the biggest fan of Silom, this hotel is off the main street & perfect for those who want a quiet street to sleep.
I had a room without a window, glad that I did, perfect for introverts like me who need calm from Siloms noise & humdrum.
Rooms are cleaned regularly, fresh towels & sheets. Staff are kind, very helpful, allowed me to stay an extra hour due to flights, didn't charge extra.
Great coffee shop next door for morning coffee, right next to MRT & obviously those who want to be right near the action.
Would recommend!

Do not waste your time!

My stay here goes down as the worst hotel experience!
At first, I thought the location was going to be good. Off the main road and down a back alley away from traffic and general loudness. I was very wrong. The only good thing about the location was the convenience of having options (BTS and MRT) close by.
Initially walking into this hotel, the music in the background was blaring. Not overly professional and had me raising my eyebrow from the get-go.
Check-in was fine, nothing explained about the hotel, policies, or anything. Only one room key given for the two of us.
Elevator to our room was extremely small, claimed to fit 11 people. Two average-sized/weight people with two backpacks and that was it. Maybe squeeze one more in, no more. A sign clearly posted by management advising of the poor free WiFi in the building.
Entering the room, I was less than impressed.
The door of our room was a simple interior door, like for a house. I am surprised that even passed any type of building code inspection.
Our bed was literally right beside the door, maybe a foot from my pillow. No nightlight or beside the bed outlets. Our single old/abused nightside was a great spot for a list of hotel policies and a list of items in the room and the inflated cost to replace each item. Not very welcoming at all! I guess this speaks to the general type of clientele that this hotel attracts.
Our air conditioner in the room was very undersized (never seen one this small in a hotel room) and placed such a poor location that did not circulate well.
Moving to the bathroom continued to be very off-putting. The mirror was old and had marks all over the glass. The door was not installed correctly and would not close without lifting and forcing it shut. Not squared at all. Note: this door was more solid than the door to our hotel room. The shower head was very dated and used. Could not even adjust it and the water sprayed literally out the sides. There were no instructions for the electric water heater which led to a cold shower until it was figured out. I was happy that we were given one roll of toilet paper.
Now for trying to get some sleep at this hotel.
The location of the hotel is down a back alley with an EXTREMELY LOUD nightclub opposite of the hotel. Literally this club was banging until well into the morning (3am++). So if you want a restful night of sleep, ain’t going to happen here.
Getting back to the door and walls of this ‘hotel’. Thin, plain and simple. Other guests could be heard entering their rooms, closing their door, coughing, watching TV, going to the bathroom… the list goes on. Oh and the TVs do not have any channels with English.
We paid for 5 nights and left after such a single horrible night, exhausted and extremely under impressed.
Hotel staff looked at us when we were checking out early. A response of our room was too loud, and staff’s reply, no refunds. No apologize, no offering of a different room, nothing. Very terrible customer service here.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, unless you want to party all nightlong, not get any sleep, and just want a place to stay out of the rain.
Pula Silom terrible!

Staff was great, but the room was just okay. Paper thin walls, can hear literally everything, bed was decent, A/C worked fine, no hot water, and the WiFi is easily the worst I've encountered on my trip. Also, the sink leaked so mold around faucet, I cleaned.
