This hotel is a short, five-minute walk from BTS Nana Station and from Terminal 21. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and night food markets nearby. The staff is among the friendliest people you’ll meet and always makes me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the location, people, and value are all outstanding.

For the price location and free breakfast this hotel gets a 10 from me! They made sure I was safe and that made me feel good. There were times the toilet wouldn’t flush properly but sometimes those things happen but eventually it would flush all the way. Just be careful when taking a shower as the floor is level with the bathroom floor from it. If they could lower the shower floor level from the bathroom floor it would be a little bit safer because there were times I would come out of the shower and despite having the towel due to all the water that came out it’s very slippery. But overall I still recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the mall train station and not too far from the airport.

It sucked. Its a shothole. The breakfast keeps getting smaller with less meat and more fish. I see why they give it away now. The chef doesnt seem to understand "3 scrambled with cheese". The A/C's in many rooms simply could not cool the rooms and it was NOT very hot. The coffee shop next door was plenty cool. Then there was the “move the room" debacle, where the hotel had booked my room to someone else. Ok, Not my first rodeo, so ask the hotel just to move my stuff to the other room, which they said the would. BUT I returned in afternoon to hotel staff in a tissy about "why I had not moved my luggage to the new room? I told them I assumed they would do it BECAUSE THEY SAID THE WOULD. They didnt. They claim its not legal for them to handle my things outside of my luggage. This is a LIE as every other hotel in Bangkok has handle my dirty laundry at one time or another. An argument ensued and I will never darken the door of this shothole again. This place is even worse than the DIAMOND HOTEL IN Ulsan, Korea in 1992 where there was no water, no A/C and you could NOT leave because it was the Hyundai Shipyards corp hotel. Good Luck to all new guests.

If you have to 100% stay in Sukhumvit area no matter what the reason behind, this place is super good choice during your stay in Bangkok for sure.
But you need to stop expecting other critical things like such quality of meals, sound proof, bugs (mostly micro-sized ant) and more, as this place is pretty aged IMAO.
