Lovely Silom city Hotel

It's our second visit here. Nice hotel it is a little dated but lovely & clean.
Breakfast is great, good selection.
Day time Bell man is so lovely always really helpful.
As lots of other reviews 7/11 across the road. Street food market very near.
We had room 1006 what a view
I think it's good value for money & would stay again.

DELUX ROOM WITH CITY NOT VIEW

Appaling service , not willing to help or accomdate , they have ripped me off , paying for a room and not getting what I paid for , deceiving liers , no morals , and just put their head in the sand when I complained.
Will never stay again. When Hotels.com complained on by behalf about getting some money back , they told me he request was declined , ok thats fine , now see what happens.
Shame on you.
Attahed is the view from my room , hardly a city view.
Its disapointed me , apart from this the porter staff are excellent and a credit to the Hotel.

3 times here and returning

I have stayed here 3 times on 2018-2019, every time different room type. Corner Deluxe Balcony Suite, Deluxe Balcony Suite and Deluxe Room with Balcony. All have been great value for money, suites including nice breakfast without extra payment. Hotel is by nice side alley of the Silom road. Lots of nice restaurants and street food close by.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. More expensive options are most recently renovated. Hotel has no swimming pool, it is only minus.

Great location

My second visit to this hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff except for one gentleman who works at the reception normally in the evenings.
My only complaint is that the gym area hasn't been improved since 3 years ago when I last visited the hotel.
The gym has no treadmill or exercise bicycle and no weights, ..For that reason unfortunately, I am not going to return to this hotel again.Otherwise,if you dont use the gym facilities then I would recommend this place as the location is so so good.

Hotel in a quiet zone.

Hotel is situated in a soi with low traffic. Market just a few steps from Hotel with some streetrestaurants. Seven eleven store just opposite hotelentrance. Brakfastbuffet every day some other warm dishes offered. Staff very friendly and helpful.
