This is a recommended hotel.

The location is great. The cost performance is great. There is a large refrigerator so you can cool a lot of things. The air conditioning is great and the shower is great. And it's quiet. It's hard to find the location, but just keep going.

Ideal location & great value.

Stayed here in March (2022) & hope to return in Nov this year…….air con room, good size bathroom, fridge, TV, wardrobe, tea/coffee, comp bottles of water daily. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Friendly staff.
Perfect local….short walk to SkyTrain (2 stop ride to Nana Plaza)…..yet plenty of bars, massage parlours, chemist, restaurant, diners (Buddies ) etc in the vicinity.
Can’t fault it as a base for a jolly in Bangkok.

Clean, convenient, and attentive staff

Around 30usd a night for a clean and convenient location. The hotel felt safe and the staff were attentive. Wish I would have taken pictures because the room I stayed in was much nicer than those shown.

dirt cheap

This place has everything you need, good location, clean, comfortable, secure and dirt cheap. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Bangkok. It's a little hard to find, at the end of a small soi. About 5 minutes walk from Asok station.

Budget as budget can be

Located in a small side soi of Soi 22 the first to your right you will find this super budget hotell. At 1150 bath this is as cheap as you can get in the Sukhumvit area.
The room is probably not more than 12 square meters with a bathroom that is surprisingly big. All was clean and ok but dont expect any luxury. You do however have aircondition, a fridge (get your own beverages!), coffe-making facilities, a small desk and a wardrobe. In the batroom you will find a few anemitirs such as toothbrush/tootpaste and shower gel/shampoo and conditioner.
If you just need a bed and a working shower and expect cleansliness this is a good place to stay. Or maybe you just need a cheap room while waiting to go to the airport late at night and dont want to pay any high rate then this might be very well an option. I would do it again.
There are quite a few bars and restaurants just a few minutes walking on Soi 22.
