Exceptional Service and Stunning River Views
We had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula Bangkok and it was the perfect way to finish our Thailand holiday.
From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We were taken directly to our room and checked in there, which immediately made the experience feel relaxed and seamless. Our room on the 32nd floor had an amazing view overlooking the river and Bangkok skyline, especially at night.
The hotel itself is elegant, peaceful and very comfortable. We enjoyed drinks in the Lobby, dinner at the Riverside Terrace, and a lovely final dinner at Thiptara, which was a real highlight of our stay.
We also made good use of the complimentary shuttle boat to ICONSIAM, which was both convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, the combination of exceptional service, beautiful river views and relaxing atmosphere made this a very memorable stay. We would happily return.

Good Buffet Dinner!
We had dinner at River Cafe and Terrace at The Peninsula Bangkok on Saturday. The buffet was good. The hotel is beautiful and riverside.

First time at the hotel, it was incredible, staff were amazing. The boat every 30 mins made getting around very comfortable.

A genuinely 5 * experience.
We loved our four night stay here. The location by the river was brilliant with access to the hotel’s shuttle boat to take us to the shopping centre and other nearby destinations. The hotel’s sunset mini cruise was a great way to see some of the local sights. Breakfast was the best we have experienced anywhere and the setting by the river was amazing. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. One of the reception team (without any prompting) even went to the trouble of obtaining a throat spray to assist with my reaction to the Bangkok air pollution. The concierge team were particularly helpful with arranging tours. A truly 5 * experience which we very much hope to repeat.
