Spacious and clean room,
Only negative: WLAN password indicated in the room and at the reception does not work.
They said they have no breakfast, but I was positively surprised that there was coffee and toast with butter for free in the morning :) thank you

Great price for clean, roomy place!

This family owned and run hotel was perfect for pur needs. Well located and perfect for our needs with a large, bright rooms, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The area is quiet and the AC was strong...what else can you ask for a great price in a central area.

A good and pleasant stay !

A family-owned hotel with warm and friendly graciousness. Quiet and away from the main road of Chiang Klang , in a safe and quiet lane. Close to the Night Bazaar, and Big C supermarket at Prantip Plaza, convenient when yu need amenities.
Very near to cafes and restaurants which are on t main road of Chiang Klang . I loved the spacious room, and bathroom was clean, flush system worked extremely well. The only thing
was that there was no handsoap , only body wash and shampoo were provided. ( of course toilet paper was provided). Breakfast was simple toast and bread with hot beverages, was practical when i had to leave early for day trips. Will return definitely when im back to Chiang Mai!

The place located off location in a quite alley, looks like it was renovated recently the room is small and cozy but nice, shower also just for one person separated from the bathroom which is good no interesting view at all and a cross the hotel there are some old shops that smell bad from not being used for a long time no breakfast available just free coffee or tea they serve bread and butter and chocolate spread with it also for free in conclusion it’s ok hotel for the money
