This home is very clean, quiet in the downtown, easy to get around. The price is good and highly recommended.

Simple and worth the money for location. TV didn’t work perfectly but we were not looking for that. No breakfast so we toke the breakfast at Blue Diamond nearby and was excellent.

Excellent value for money!

Located in a very touristic area of Chiang Mai, it allows you to easily visit the city centre and many attractions. A lot of touristic places and local food stalls of great quality can be found nearby. We had a spacious room on the ground floor, very quiet, clean and provided with mosquito nets on the windows. Owners are very kind and discreet. This guest house also rents bikes and provides laundry service. We really felt at home here!

Quiet and clean

I spend here 10 days, the second time this year. The room is so quiet even in the high season, that you can think nobody is living in the town. The wifi is not very good, I have to plug off and on the server sometimes a day. Your room will be cleaned when you ask it, you will have champoo, when you ask that. but the owners will give you water and coffee powder and tee every morning. The room is near to everything, good food, good markets, good coffee and juice. In hot weather you do not need the aircon in these rooms. The bed is perfect.

A great little place!

My wife and I have been coming here for years. It's clean, quiet (just off the main road), close to a bunch of restaurants and bars, and the ladies that operate it are very kind. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
