T Heritage Hotel Sets the Gold Standard
My wife and I recently spent six wonderful nights at T Heritage Hotel in Chiang Mai, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. After three weeks of traveling throughout Vietnam and Thailand and staying in five different hotels—all of them very nice—T Heritage Hotel was, without question, our absolute favorite.
Perfectly located in Chiang Mai’s Old City, the hotel places you right in the heart of the cultural experience, within easy walking distance of excellent restaurants, massage spas, laundry services, and local attractions.
The property itself is beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained, and incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the Executive Suite (1 King with Balcony), and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, extremely comfortable, and immaculately cleaned each day.
What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Mark, Opal, the other young lady at reception, and Gift and Gig in the restaurant for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They made us feel truly valued and cared for throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent each morning, with a great variety of delicious options, and the overall value for the quality of accommodations, service, and location was remarkable.
If we are blessed to return to Chiang Mai, T Heritage Hotel will unquestionably be our first choice. My wife and I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Chiang Mai.

We strongly recommend this hotel
We felt right at home upon arrival. The rooms are clean, lovely and spacious. They provide umbrellas and great quality shower gel and shampoo. The location is right in the middle of everything. A great gym is about 10 min walk away and local market where you can enjoy all the local food every morning is close to the gym. Staff is amazing. It's very quiet, away from the busy main streets, so we slept so well.
Great coffee is available around the hotel. We would definitely choose to stay with this hotel if we visit CM again.

Arrive and feel right at home ❤️. We spent 4 wonderful days here. Incredibly attentive, accommodating, and incredibly nice staff here at the hotel. Thank you for the beautiful welcome for our 20th wedding anniversary . The rooms are very beautiful and spacious. We had a room on the
3rd floor with a balcony, which is really highly recommended. The location is perfect: Everything you need is within walking distance.
We would definitely come back here again.

5 star for sure.
Loved the location of this hotel and the atmosphere made me feel like I was in Thailand. You simply walk down the alley and you are moments away from the food market. The beds were pretty good for Asia and had a nice little patio balcony. The staff here was amazing and very accommodating. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here.

This was an excellent hotel at very reasonable able prices, right bang in the middle of the old city within walking distance of all main attractions, including the night markets that are outside the old city.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was a nice extra.
