Yeah, sure.

We stayed three nights. Very good value for money. Clean room, quiet, good breakfast, service and welcome at the top. We recommend without problem.

Easy check-in/out. Friendly and helpful receptionists who helped us call for a grab from her personal phone. fast response to aid when we had trouble with the shower water shortly after a technical maintenance.
Toilet smells of sewage even with the exhaust fan switched on. Drinking water is free to take which is a huge PLUS, but a too much plastic was used. A drinking water cooler for guests to refill their room bottles would have been more eco friendly. No other complaints, I really liked everything else about this place.
Hot water shower was a relief in December at night! Amenities were provided for, loved the bar soaps! And little snacks were given after every housekeeping, thank you!
I like having my breakfast before I go out to explore, so having found that inclusive when booking Your Space Hostel was a big plus for me.
Love the friendly cat too!

Modern and nice hostel

We stayed for 3 nights in a twin private room. The decoration was modern and cool, also very clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. We used also the laundry service which was affordable. The breakfast is served next to the garden, in a cover but open space. The breakfast is ok, but almost all choices are thai food not much sweet and pastry offerings. It also has a swimming pool but too cold for me.
The location is perfect, inside the old town and next to many touristy places.

The staff was friendly with limited English, wifi average, chill out zone was nice and the pool was small with no beds. Room was large with good AC but beds were too hard with linnen which were not 100% cotton, so they get you sweating quite easily. Breakfast was poor. It’s a bit on the quiet West side of the city, for a location of walking distance to attractions I would advice a hotel at the East side of the centre.

Hostal con muchas deficiencias

Hostal, que no hotel de 3 estrellas, con muchas deficiencias ubicado en el centro de Chiang Mai, bien ubicado. La habitación era moderna, y las instalaciones correctas pero tiene mucho por mejorar y solucionar.
Lo peor de todo es el olor a podrido del baño. Todo el rato sale olor espantoso por los desagües, y no se soluciona con taparlos. Lo comentamos en recepción y dijeron que lo solucionarían, pero solo pusieron un ambientador que no solucionó nada el problema. Luego nos dimos cuenta que en los baños de recepción huele igual.
La habitación no estaba del todo limpia. Había bastante polvo e incluso una bola de pelo humano en el suelo de la habitación.
El desayuno bastante escaso, no tienen ni zumo ni variedad de fruta, solo sandía.
En cuanto al precio, es económico, unos 30 euros la noche. Pero si no solucionan los problemas de los desagües, mejor buscar otra opción.
