A “feel at home” hotel with all you need and deserve!
A well located hotel, modern, spacious, clean and very nicely run by Miss Biw, front Desk Supervisor who got in touch with me even before arrival to check my necessities. I was welcomed by Trim at front desk, so charming and informative. Breakfast were a delight, the service held by Tin. And the other collaborators that I’d like to thanks although I don’t know their names.

Excellent value for money
We spent 2 nights at this hotel and the experience was great, attentive staff, comfortable beds, complete and delicious breakfast, amenities in the room. I would highlight the proximity to the center, 10 min walking to the night market and the clock, and everything at a good price. I recommend it to you.

“Disappointing from start to finish”
Terrible experience. I do not recommend this accommodation at all.
As soon as I left my room, they went in to check it and informed me that a towel was supposedly stained with makeup. Without showing me the stain, without giving me any explanation, and without giving me the opportunity to check absolutely anything, they forced me to pay 300 baht. It seems totally unjustified to me and a very non-transparent way of treating the customer.
As if that were not enough, the breakfast is terrible, with very little variety and quite disappointing quality. For the price and the service they offer, I expected much more.
The feeling I am left with is one of a lack of professionalism, little transparency, and very unpleasant customer service. Being charged money in this way right upon leaving the room, without explanations or proof, is something I consider unacceptable.
I would not return to this accommodation and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are many better options where you can spend your money.

Our stay at Selene Chiang Rai was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The level of service is truly worthy of a luxury 5-star hotel. Everyone is incredibly kind, professional, always smiling, and constantly attentive to every little detail.
What impressed us the most was how wonderful the staff were with our children. They were always caring, patient, and thoughtful, making our kids feel special throughout our stay. As parents, this made a huge difference and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. Housekeeping does an outstanding job, and everything is maintained to the highest standards.
