Basic things are provided, and you can stay comfortably.
Close to the center of town, there are many eating places you can choose from.

Had to check out the first night as the room condition was filthy, the sheets were stained, torn and were not clean. No one was there to help me. The hotel would not respond to my messages or hotels.com messages and neither party refunded me. Very poor service on the hotel and hotels.com.

Ver poor hygiene

The room was very dirty!! There was no receptionist. But when we got the key from the neighbor we were in shock. The room was outdated but that’s fine for the price. But the mold that was everywhere was very gross and maybe dangerous. There was a big spot over the shower, but there was also lot of places that where covered up by paint. The front door also had a lot of water damage, so it couldn’t close properly. And animals could enter through the hole under the door. We left within an hour to find other accommodation.

This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights.
