The room was not clean. The bed is itchy and very hard. Bathroom was ok.
Upon check in they said that the rooms we booked already sold out and refuse to check in or refund the money through Expedia. They offered refund in cash and it was already after midnight when we arrived. After we complaint they gave the higher category room but the rooms and the bed still not clean, the worst thing is the itching bed.

We had seen the hotel on a YouTube channel we follow. It was hard to find but was okay for a few nights. Cleaners need to clean more than the floor. There were cobwebs on the walls they missed everyday. Ants in room, food basic not much choice. Staff have very minimal English, but I am in Thailand so not there problem. Pool was good but needs cleaning. Caters more to the Thai market.
