The hotel is quite good compared to the price. It’s located in good location and easy to access. The room is quiet big and clean. The staff are also very friendly. Overall, it was good experience during vacation in Hat Yai.

Staff bad attitude
I stayed at your hotel on 22 June 2025 during a business trip in Hatyai. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations due to multiple issues I encountered during my stay.
Upon entering the room, I found a significant amount of hair on the floor and furniture, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was also a strong unpleasant smell coming from the towel provided. The basin in the bathroom was broken and not repaired or replaced — I was genuinely afraid it might collapse and injure me. The shower area was also not clean, with visible stains on the mirror.
Additionally, there was no complimentary drinking water provided in the room. The electrical plug near the headboard did not function, causing my phone to remain uncharged the entire night. I chose to stay quiet about these issues at the time, simply resting for the night and planning to leave early the next morning.
However, the next morning, I discovered that my car had been issued a government parking fee while parked in front of the hotel. I had parked there after checking in, clearly visible to both the receptionist and the security guard who saw me unloading my luggage — yet no one warned me that parking there was not allowed. When I brought this up at the front desk, the lady staff member was neither fair nor friendly in her response. Instead of apologizing, she simply said, “I don’t know,” and followed by saying, “Normally you can park there if the government doesn’t see.” I was shocked and disappointed by this careless and dismissive attitude.
I have never given a one-star review to any hotel before, but this will be the first time in my life that I feel compelled to do so. The staff’s lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism was unacceptable. I will not return to this hotel again.
I sincerely urge your management to provide proper customer service training to your staff, especially on how to handle guest concerns and respond with basic courtesy, such as offering a simple apology. If this is not addressed, I worry that future guests — especially younger or less experienced ones — will face similar treatment.

Not my first stay. Overall a basic accommodation. Not too expensive and not too far from the market. A good balance for travelers with budget in mind. Will never hesitate to go back 😊

Easy Planet Hotel Hat Yai offers a comfortable stay with spacious rooms. The room feels quite large and is equipped with a big windows, which is very convenient. However, parking is limited at the hotel, although street parking is also available nearby. One thing to note is that mineral water is not provided in every room, which could be improved. Overall, it is a decent hotel with good room space, suitable for a short stay in Hat Yai.

Staffs ok. Arrived early so I have to pay 200THB to be able to check in early. They should make a more relax policy when the room was ready and so empty during the No-peak period. WIFI in the room was so bad, nearly none. Have to go downstairs to lounge to get connected
