Perfect!!!
Stayed with my partner and a group of friends at Naroua Villas for 3 nights and loved it so much that we ended up extending for an extra two nights. The villas were beautiful and clean with spectacular elevated views of the island and water (and stunning sunsets in the evenings). Not only do the villas and views look like the pictures but they are even better in person. It is conveniently located 5 minutes by car to the main area (lots of restaurants, shops and Sairee beach) but you still have the pleasure of being slightly removed with lots of privacy.
Lastly and most importantly, the service from Pong and his staff exceeded expectations. Pong was extremely attentive, welcoming and kind to us throughout our stay. He was always available to help whether it be arranging motorbikes, ferries, laundry, giving helpful recommendations, shuttles into town and anything else we needed generally during our stay.
We highly recommend anyone visiting Koh Tao to stay here.
Lastly and most importantly, the service from Pong and his staff exceeded expectations. Pong was extremely attentive, welcoming and kind to us throughout our stay. Extremely unprofessional customer service
Extremely unprofessional customer service. If the system allowed me to do so, then I would have given them a minus (-) 5 star rating. We had a confirmed booking with them. They also contacted me to enquiry about our pick up time and location. When I contacted them to arrange for pick up, I was told that due to an error on their behalf (see attached screenshot), they weren't able to provide us with the booked honeymoon suite. Prior to it, no attempts were made by them to contact us to inform us about their mistake. We were left stranded on the street due to high season in Koh Tao. An apology of... sorry for the inconvenience... is meaningless. If we had not shown up for our booking due to unexpected circumstances, then they certainly would not have accepted a... Sorry for the inconvenience apology... but they would have charged us the full amount for the booking. No attempts were made by them to assist us to find an alternative resort.

Construction noise, snakes and scorpions
Upon my arrival I heard construction noise, but the manager reassured me that they will stop it during my stay. Not only they did not stop it, next morning they moved it right next to my villa and told me they will do it every day. They offered me full refund if I was not ok with that. It was very strange that the owner preferred lose a week’s rental income for the Deluxe villa instead of asking their workers to make a bit less noise. Perhaps holiday villas are not their main source of income?
Each night someone was walking around the villa making loud noises.
There were snakes and scorpions inside the villa. See the pictures.
I used their grocery delivery service and caught them cheating. They replaced the supermarket bill and added 30% to the supermarket price of some of the items.
You need to be careful in order not to transfer any sunblock to the bedsheets or the towels, because it reacts with the material and makes pink stains. This is not mentioned in their information book.

Perfect!!
We stayed in the one bed villa this week for our honeymoon. It's an absolutely beautiful setting and the villa is very stylish, with everything you might need. The manager Pong was extremely kind and helpful at all times, and told us lots of useful information about e.g. the best places for snorkeling. I am aware that previously due to its position up a *very* steep hill, taxis were provided for free, but because of Covid pressures they are now no longer free - it costs about 2-300 baht (£4.50- 7) to go into Sairee or elsewhere nearby, and the same again to get back. We often walked down the hill, but never up it - it's about 2/3 way up a mountain! Lots of restaurants deliver. Highly recommend these beautiful villas.

Scenic views
Our pool villa was absolutely amazing! Tastefully designed, well equipped, the villa offered stunning ocean views and complete privacy. It is perched on the top of a hill and driving or walking up there, especially in the rainy season might be a bit tiring, however they offered us a free shuttle. The manager, Khun Pong, was wonderful and he went out of his way to make our short stay comfortable. He has his private wine cellar and there are restaurant menus in the villas to cater to the comfort of a private dining when we were lazy to go out. Great stay!
