Quiet rooms and comfy beds

I stayed for one night in December and overall was very pleased.
The lady on reception was really welcoming and showed me to my room (reception is a small desk at the back of a Thai restaurant. The rooms are above the restaurant but not noisy and a seem secure). At the front there's a booking point for bus/boat trips. Prices were good and I booked my transfer bus back to the airport though them for a good rate without issue.
The room itself was a fair size. Four rooms per floor but no lift. Beds were comfy with nice bedding, bathroom was quite modern with plenty of hot water and enclosed shower cubicle so the bathroom wasn't flooded. AC, free wifi and Cleanliness were good. Bottled water provided.
Balcony was between the side alley so very dark and no view but off the road so was quiet.
Could be more useful if there was a safe and a hair dryer in the room, only things missing. I left at 6:30am and the restaurant was closed so no formal check out and had to climb under the metal shutters to get out! Not sure if there's another exit for our of hours.
Close to all shops and restaurants. About a 15 min slow walk to the nicer bit of Ao Nang beach. 7/11 next door and massage shop. Looks far up a side street on the map but it's not at all.
Would stay again.

Not coming back

No no no. Room wasn’t clean. Stains in bedsheets and towels. Also dirty floor. But the smell.. the smell From the restaurant downstairs really was something else. Horrible! Also balcony facing a wall? Not shown on picture. Warm water finished after less than a minute. A deep cleaning and a new shower is needed and wouldn’t be so hard to fix. Also very confusing with a note telling to go to restaurant but restaurant staff tells me they have nothing to do with the hotel. So why there is notes about restaurant then? Not updated information?

Avoid the restaurant

Didn't stay in the residence, but went to the downstairs restaurant looking for some good Thai food, but left after 2 minutes of being sited. The place completely stinks, it's like a combination of old stuff and piss, didn't even dare to ask for the menu.

Very bad experience. Do not recommend it.

The management was kinda rude, the bed was hard as a rock and the AC didn’t work properly. Some people showed up at 6:30 am and started singing along very loud music. Noisy and not worth the price. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is for the location. It is a 12-min walk to Ao Nang Beach.

TERRIBLE !! AVOID IT..

to make it short because there is all lie !! room is so Bad ! management so lie ! no clean building and room, premise super noisy dirty and cherry on a cake they just want your $ even you make a agreement term on a price, the management will asking you more money up coming days under pretext busy, if not pay the extra they move you in a room with no view! clearly if you want be fool then it's a place to go and got lost !! Avoid TOTO Residence there is nothing called
'Residence" A VERY Bad management Liar!
