The staffs are vey friendly and helpful. The amenities are not complete. There’ no hair dryer,no toothbrush an tooth paste. It is a bit hard to find good restaurants for dinner

Second visit

We stayed at this resort 2 years ago and was pleased to see some decor improvements. The location is right on the beach, very clean and well maintained. The staff very courteous. There were some improvements in the restaurant food although I can never figure out the boiled ham. The beds are still hard but after a long day of activities in the heat, the bed and air conditioning (although loud) was welcome. Our only major issue was the lack of electrical plugs for recharging batteries or any electronic use. Not having a hair dryer was a minor inconvenience. We will continue stay at this resort any time we travel to Laem Sing.

Just not right.

Not an easy hotel to rate but these are my thoughts about it. The location really couldn’t be better as it is only separated from the beach by a small walkway, and a very nice beach I would add but being Thai they only have 2 rooms available to rent with a sea view at normal prices or you go down the Thai route of renting the same rooms at inflated priced because they pack a large amount of beds into the other rooms. The many other rooms which are spacious, clean and well laid out with a good veranda to relax on simply look into each other and too close together. Modern and well maintained with a very nice swimming pool which has a very nice view, especially at sunset. The breakfasts which were included are very decent considering it caters mainly for Thai people. Do Not try the boiled eggs but everything else was good and they will refill whatever you want be it tea, coffee, toast or whatever. They have the annoying habit of changing the Wi-Fi password at will so you need to go and ask for the new one; also they have too much greenery around the rooms which attract the mosquitoes so repellant at all times. Normally I would say it is a very quiet location but unfortunately they decided to do renovations without mentioning a thing to us which didn’t please me but I’m sure that is not the norm. 1750 Baht for a normal room or 2200 Baht for a sea view and that was booking direct.

A surprise away from it all

Very clean.
Newish hotel.
Surprise to have a lounge area.
Bit too close to each other – fish bowl.
Ordered room service dinner which was very good.
Staff speak acceptable English a big plus.
Very quiet beach, but watch the currents.
Went to Oasis Sea World to swim with the dolphins.
Took a drive to a strange village called Ban Kro Poet. Odd place but fun drive.
