Clean, modern, and centrally located.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good central location, but be warned that the trade off is that you may hear some bar noise when at a lower level room facing Buakhaow 15. But that's fairly standard for the area. There's also a new condo going up on that same street towards the front of the hotel, but thankfully they crews seem to be on a delayed start, so we didn't notice the noise until about 9AM most days, and even then it was oddly faint.
Rooms and common areas are kept up quite well. Modern smart TV with HDMI and BT access. USB-A fast charging ports and multinational power sockets at both sides of the bed's headboard. Clean linens and sheets, and a very generous housekeeping window. Had a small issue with a broken fridge (wasn't cooling), and the staff replaced it for us without much fuss.
My only critical comments would be that maybe the rooms lack a little storage for fully unpacking. There is a small hanging bar with a few spare coat hangers and a couple small drawers, but no real closet or dresser. By no means a deal breaker, but those on longer trips will still have to live out of your suitcases. Also the pool cabana beds could use a deep clean, as they smelled a little musty. But these are very minor gripes that do not detract from the overall favorable experience. More of just me trying to balance this review with some actual critical feedback.

Had a wonderful experience here! Rooms and amenities look as per the photos just with some minor wear and tear. The staff were lovely, the restaurant food was delicious and the location is perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Welcoming staff

I booked a small suite for a week. Staff was eager to help was it about extra towels, kitchenware or booking drive back to bangkok.
I felt that staff was there for me.
Room was and was kept clean by friendly cleaning staff.
Breakfast was typical.
I can see myself visiting this place again, it left ever lasting menories and bittersweet scar when I eventually had to leave.
