Big and cheap rooms

The rooms are cheap, big and simple decorated. Toilets needs a renovation.
Pool area great and good service. They have a bell so you can get service while in pool.
Staff is really nice.
Food is good and not to expensive.
Cleaning is also good.
Bath busses just outside hotel.

Bad envirement. bad talking and not happy cleanung staff. the manager were to controlling. to the cleaning staff.

Room dirty. Cleaning ladies looking not happy. The one cleaning lady with scar on her lips offered me sex . And got angry when i say i didnt like here. Notised she took all the tips by here self. I can speak thai and heard that the other cleaning ladies was not happy about the manager

Rude and bad owner.

you should watch out for that place, double bookings and impossible to do things in English. You have to take care of the problems yourself and spend several hours on their mistakes that could have been easily solved by giving, for example, a more expensive room. really unprofessional

Was the worst place I have stayed in pattaya.the owner
Was just plain ignorant not even a good morning or

It’s a bit intimidating as the owner and friends sit around
A large round table and it gets a bit noisy at times I don’t
Think they Loki the British
The rooms are dated and very dirty there was a stain on
the floor for 3 days the shower and glass screen have not
been cleaned since it was built (as in pics
Bed linen is NOT changed daily as stated on web site and
Was torn (as shown in pic)
They tried to charge every time I had breakfast even though
It states free breakfast
There are lot better hotels for the same price

Reasonable Breakfast

I didnt stay at this hotel, but I had breakfast here on a couple of occasions. Its a little odd but you given a sheet of paper like from a board game and you tick off the breakfast items you want. I guess it works!
Breakfast was well cooked and good value. Recommended.
