Didn't like breakfast buffet,it is still the same in the last 10years, boring and tasted less.

I have stayed at flipper house since 2003, every year, and only missed 4 years.
The hotel have a perfect location, the area is good, many options, bare, restaurants, massage, shopping centers, and very easy to get transportation to every where.
Since 2003 the maintenance off the hotel is not perfect, the breakfast was the best, before, but now lack taste and a bit more touch.
The price. 😆
I have never paid more than around 1450 baht for a room this summer just under 1000 baht, but the price on the net say normally around 4000 baht, and now up to 75% discount, why not “before 10000 baht and now 90% discount”. That is not worthy for a serious hotel.
We stayed a room 336, a superior room, I am sorry but not so much. The bathroom is not good, when shower the hole floor is full with water, the highest point on the floor is the drain. We did only get one role toilet paper a day, that was not enough.
The pool. There are 2 and they are fine, and then again. Lose tieless, broken tieless, sunbed with very old madras, the blue one, get them out. The towels is also up for renewal.
All thing how give a wrong impression off a good hotel, and things how is easy, and not expensive to change.
I am coming to the conclusion that next year we will try another hotel, and that is with a regret, but it is possible to find better at the same price.
Then I look forward to read reviews and see the hotel have improved, and then I will for sure come back, because as I say the hotel is good.

Stay at Sokran

It was conveniently located but the room was quite quiet and the tub was beautiful. It would be consensual to have a shower toilet for Muslims so the whole room would have become waterlogged. I'm glad I took it easy. I was surprised to find April extremely hot and the seawater at nearby Pattaya Beach warm. The ice water bathed in the water festival Sokran felt better.

Not a bad hotel if you're on a budget. The first room i got made me question my choices. My second room was much better and cleaner. The staff is very friendly. The pool and bar was good and the people who work at pool bar was very nice and good.

Hotel is a amalgamation of two or three buildings. Rooms are not consistent. Our first room wreaked of cigarette smoke. We had to change after the first offer of spraying with some orange citrus stuff didn't work. Other room was better, but has no natural lighting. Pool is a nice feature. Staff were not very friendly.
