Great place to stay.

The guesthouse is situated of Soi Buakhao opposite Pattaya city hospital. It's down at the bottom of the Soi so it's very quiet during the day and at night. The guesthouse is new so all the furnishings and decor is modern and new.
There is a key card entry system on the main door so there is no one on reception at night. There are phone numbers on the sign should you wish to contact someone, and the cleaning staff are around during the day.
The rooms are very clean, and beads made and new towels provided daily. The entire guesthouse is kept clean at all times. There is also a sink outside on the balcony that I found very useful for washing my clothes. Although there is a laundry next door if you need one.
The place is ideal for anyone staying in Pattaya and I would highly recommend.

Good not great

Do not book in advance. Go to the location and check out the construction before you commit. I like JD's Guesthouse because it's quiet at night. The WIFI and maid service was not very good, but I will stay in this guesthouse again. It is better to negotiate a flat rate for everything. It's nothing special, but it is more than adequate for a quick Pattaya vacation.

noisy for now

I booked into jd appartments for a couple of weeks and paid upon arrival. The nex morning I realised my mistake, as massive building works were going on behind. A huge condo developement with another year to go. Had I not paid I would hav left, but trying to get reimbursed in Thailand is near impossible so I decided to buy earplugs and get on with things.I was glad I stayed, as everything else was satifactory. Location is great . Staff lovely. No security staff after 6pm, only a few cameras. Once the neihbourhood building works are complete in spring 2015, this little gem will be hard to beat for overall value.

Yatak son derece buyuk rahat yastiklar latex.buzdolabi klimasi wifisi hepsi yeni ve sorunsuz.Apartman konforu yaşamak istiyorsanız burada kalin.
