We changed room twice because air-conditioning unit was bad in 1 room smelt like damp clothes, the other room also had issues with air-conditioning unit and the extractor fan in bathroom did not work so room smelt of pee, the towel rack was hanging off wall, we was on 5th floor and no lift which was annoying

they will just provide the room. no other facility. there is no lift
i forgot my passkey in the room. as i was leaving the room 2 from their cleaning staff enter in the room and when the reception lady call them they said there is no key
the lady fine me 500 baht
when i said the reception that may be cleaning staff pick the keys
she started yelling at me. and threat me to call the police. any how i gave her 500 and leave the place
but overall not a really bad experience there

Its good price hotel, if u have a room No.36 (not to street side). Big room and quiet. SIMPLE. Easy to park motorcycle. Close to walking street.
