I won't come back
I strongly advise against it!
The check-in is late at 3pm, it requires 500 baths just to give you the key, I had to change the faucet of the sink because there was no pressure, the hotel is noisy from 6am, the bed is very hard and we are well springs, you can see through the curtains and privacy is not great.
This is more like a hostel than a hotel.

Bad, unprofessional management
Badly, broken management system, book via Agoda and call Confirm directly to the guest room.Once the day of stay, the time is almost 3 p.m. near the time of stay.Agoda calls to request Cancellation.Because the accommodation is full!!
And no room calls from usual so easy to make.
After calling the 2nd room, the escape immediately, we have to lose the bill and wait for the refund for 10 days, lose time to find a new room where you're in a rush, the escape room, no apologies whatsoever, if you can't take care of what you're basically doing, you should close the service, you're going to crack, you're going to leave the house in the middle of the day, you're going to bump in for a new room, and the book just made a call.
I've never seen a room where there's so much corruption, so much escape to problems.Who booked to waste time like us can't guess anything.I guess everybody is on Agoda.

I was there for a short night the room was clean shower good but it was little Mumbai. Unfortunately, it smells like it.:(.. why people don't shower working at the reception ? It was a big turnoff thai girl was oke but that guy. Wow. Also nobody can find that place i waiting for my ride 15 minutes longer. Maybe better adres in location in thai language you end up somewhere else.

Good price terrible service
Booked for a 16 night stay, on the web site said there was possible airport pick up. ( didn’t happen.)
Also said on site there was breakfast included, that is one good reason why we booked. No breakfast the restaurant was only used for the staff to make their own food !
The staff couldn’t even say good morning to us.
When we arrived the room was not clean, there was powder on the shower room floor, residual soap on the tiles. The walls of the living /bed area had white hand and foot prints on them.
The floor was not clean needed a wash,not just a light brushing.
There was only 4 hangers on an open area above the fridge freezer with no other places to put unpacked clothes, also the freezer part would not freeze food even though it was working.
The site also said coffee was also supplied but it took 2 room cleans before there was any left in the room.
When confirmation came in it said we would have city views, we didn’t we looked at the side of another block of rooms and the reception building.
