The worst hotel in thailand that i stayed.. they had so much confiusion over the booking and assuming i was with another group. They staff was super unfriendly when we check in and did not even ask for our names and booking number.. the room we booked was unavailable and they had to find other rooms for us. 2 rooms in total. Worstly there was roaches in our room.. yucks.. just had to survive the night and say bye2 to the hotel since it was late.. would never recomend to anymore. Hotel seems to be not maintained well.. and train your staff for customer service as they are the face of the hotel..
