Terrible customer service

Terrible experience dealing with this hotel. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our entire trip due to my partner sustaining a serious workplace injury and requiring surgery. I gave the hotel 4 months’ notice to cancel our booking, yet they refused to provide a refund. It’s incredibly disappointing and unfair to be out of pocket for a trip we cannot attend due to circumstances completely beyond our control. I would strongly caution anyone booking here — the lack of compassion and flexibility was shocking.

 Great stay! Clean,friendly service, and a peaceful vibe. It’s close enough to explore but feels like a quiet escape. Perfect for a relaxing trip to Phuket.
