Great place

Very good stay, good location and close to the beach. good food and helpfull staff. Owners are Aus/Kiwi and very accommadating,
Place just open again after covid and is nice a clean.
Great bar there also with cold beer
Well done guys, Will be back

Disappointing , ooks much better in the photos

This is an old guesthouse in need of attention
The air conditioning was poor, and the reception staff were difficult to deal with. There is quite a lot of noise from the bar attached to this place. We found much better value accommodation nearby.

Close to the beach great location

My second visit to the Baan Orchid Guesthouse, as always the smile from Toom the very helpful receptionist greeted me as I arrived very tired after a long haul flight,
My room was spacious clean and had a fabulous bed, at the top of the stairs, and was quiet ,which was a bonus as the Baan Orchid is close to the busy road
no need for a pool as the beach is only a few minutes walk away, and a short walk to many restaurants , and right next door is the Legend bar , owned by the same owners as the Baan Orchid Guesthouse, but now under new management and the smiles and service is first class

Dated property poor service

A very dated property, reception staff were lazy and unhelpful. Mattress was very old and hard, very uncomfortable, room was musty and need of maintenance, room service is poor towel change about every three days, Very overpriced for the quality. would not stay here again

Perfect location, friendly staff and spacious rooms.

I have just spent a great 28 days at Baan Orchid. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away, the centre of Patong 10-15 minute and the road has some good restaurants. My room was spacious with flat screen TV, a sofa and cleaned daily. The owners, Eugen and New are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, Steve
