Can't fault this hotel whatsoever! I arrived earlier than the designated check in time but the reception staff went above to make sure we could check in earlier. The room was spacious and clean, and the food on site was great. Good location for Patong and close to convenience shops. Wouls definitely stay again!

My room drain systems were terrible.Whenever I take a shower I had to clean and make it dry my bathroom. It was not a good experience

Excellent location, you can access the beach and entertainments on foot. The property is very clean and the restaurant is great, the breakfast is good also.

Everything was nice, especially the location.

The hotel has a very good location for a budget holiday. Line 3, but next door to the mall, Uniclo ran three times. Nearby market, boxing center, Bangla! Two 7/11s, all side by side. The sea is certainly far away, but in a straight line, by the 3rd day of rest even becomes habitual to walk along Bangla Road to the beach and back, you can see it in the early morning and evening, and these will be 2 different streets) Conveniently, you can take a taxi to Karon beach, Katu, and you can north - Kamala and Surin. Breakfast at the hotel is very decent! The staff is polite! Of the downsides for me is a tiny balcony, I like to sit on the balcony sometimes in the evening on vacation, but not this time, but this downside is easily overtaken by the fact that in Phuket you don't have to sit in a room, you have to move, everything has to be in time. The pool on the 7th floor is also great, always clean towels, you can order something at the bar. There's nothing to pick on for that price. She would!
