Studio was pretty amazing, located quite near to the shopping, night market, beach.
Very clean, well maintained and the best thing is all the vessels & kitchen items provided makes the stay a worth while when you miss your taste.
Swimming pool was on another building premise but still walkable.
Overall an amazing stay in budget.

We booked the hotel using ctrip.com just for a couple of nights and honestly this experience staying there and communicating with reception was absolutely terrible. First of all there is nothing was mentioned in the policy on ctrip.com about the cleaning fees and electricity bills which they suddenly let us paid on the check in date, the manager was talking in very disrespectful way and was rushing us to come to check on as soon as possible, we were just arriving from the airport and I replied several time that we are on the way but they still were rushing us. So, as I understood this hotel tries to cheat foreigners mostly tourist, for just 2 days they charged us electricity 260 BHT which is just impossible for 2 days of stay considering the fact that most of the time we were traveling and come back only late evening. I definitely wouldn’t recommend that suspicious condo and this company. I’ve enclosed their WhatsApp number with their company name so you guys know who you dealing with.

I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and brush. There was no way to lock the safe and the only time I managed to contact the rep he promised the key the next day and then went undercover. The air-conditioning unit makes a dreadful howling noise when it is on and the walls are bloated with damp from it.
Key card works intermittently at the front door but unfortunately you get in eventually. All the other reviews have the standard cut and paste response, but I doubt anything will get done, so until there's a vast improvement in the apartment and the attitude of the people supposedly being there to help you, avoid this place like the plague.

Unit was in decent location, and comfortable overall. Listing says there is a laundry facility onsite, but there is not, which is important to us and a search filter since we are traveling 5 months with a carry-on suitcase each. There was a drying rack on the porch so we used the sink. Shower had no curtain, you had to climb into a tub that was 6+ inches higher than floor, ended up with a lot of water on the floor unless you sat in the tub to bathe with the shower wand. Kitchen faucet was very loose, about to fall off the mounting. Refrig and freezer worked well. Check-in instructions were confusing, we were in second building, went to main reception area first building and all in the office had no idea what to do with us. Net, not up to hotels.com standards and info provided is not accurate.

fantastic big apartment. . Great views halfway between Karon and Kata beach. 5min walk to everything shops restaurants . Bars. Very quite night time
