Suited me perfectly!

This is a small hotel about five minutes from the bus station in Phuket town. It doesn’t have a lot of extra amenities, but is exceptionally clean and fresh and comfortable and a good price. It was an easy walk to the old town.
I had a “deluxe” room with a sitting area, large, clean bathroom, king-size bed, which was very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and there was good security at the front door of the hotel, as there wasn’t staffing present in the evening.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
The signage on the front of the hotel is difficult to see a midst of the wires.
The staff was friendly, although sometimes had minimal English.
