Treat friends and family with this hotel

This hotel has filled up almost every room 5555+ because the house is next to the hotel, when friends or relatives are here, the big, clean rooms, the Bungalow side is great views, the big, clean pool alone, no breakfast.

They have chickens roaming the property and they start crowing at 3am and go all morning till 9am or more! And they’re right near the rooms! If you struggle with sleep, like me, you won’t like it. The rooms are also dark.

Hotel to avoid

Extremely disappointing welcome.
No polite formula, no smile, hardly a look.
When I simply asked for extra sheets for my children and towels, the receptionist immediately raised the tone.
He answered me almost aggressively:
“You have booked for three people, I give nothing more.”
However, my reservation via tour operator was good for four people, supporting justification.
He then told me to offer only rooms for three and asked me to “manage with the tour operator”.
As a result, my two children had to sleep in a single bed.
Added to this is a massive presence of mosquitoes linked to standing water and a barnyard in the immediate vicinity.
An unacceptable experience.

Terrible on all parameters- unhygienic and they blame customers and make them pay for it

Terrible staff at the grove who don't listen to your query. Dirty floors and mold along the edges of the bathroom.
They are affectionate with toilet paper and you have to look for the cleaning lady to catch something.
You check in at a dirty hotel, the floor is not washed properly and we had to pay for it.
I had come to spill some mango juice on the floor late at night, (on the first day)
We had only gotten half a roll of toilet paper which we unfortunately had spent up. Since I am wasting juice late at night and we have no paper I have to think quickly and wipe it up with the small towel hanging out on the toilet. Because the floor is so clean, the towel gets black. They think that at check-out I have to pay 300 baht for this, which is a towel that is 20x20cm worn and far from white. And then it got black because they don't wash the floor properly.
I explain it to them and then they say I have to wash away the mango juice myself if I don't have to pay for it. After we have discussed back and forth, they offer a price of 200 baht.
His argument was that I should call room service but the accident happened at 3:00 p.m. And I had already asked for an extra top mattress since their beds are too hard to sleep on. But were ignored and never got anything for the bed so my opinion was that they were tired of working and didn't want to meet my first request about the bed so I really didn't want to turn to me because of some juice on the floor at 3 a.m.

Beautiful resort out of the way of hustle and bustle of noisy town

Excellent resort with a beautiful pool area, including direct pool access from some of the rooms.
We stayed here as a family and saw multiple rooms—each was well-maintained, cleaned daily by friendly staff, and up to a great standard. The showers were fantastic, and the hot tub was a great touch.
The reception team was welcoming and quick to help with any small requests. They happily provided mattress toppers and arranged additional cleaning in the bathroom when we asked.
Before arriving, we were a little concerned due to some negative reviews about animals on the property. However, the peacocks and cranes turned out to be a real highlight, adding to the resort’s charm. The gardens and wildlife made this a fantastic spot for birdwatching. Plus, the hotel staff kept the decking and sun areas spotless throughout the day, so we didn’t experience any of the mess mentioned in other reviews.
Our only suggestion would be improved pool access—perhaps adding steps to make it easier for older guests.
We’ve already rebooked and highly recommend a stay!
