当初定这家别墅是看的图片无敌海景就定了，尽管没有评论参考，实际去到一切都很美，无遮挡的海景每天都很惬意，别墅的环境大和里面的各个区域都很不错，干净舒服，别墅配有管家和3位服务人员。但是，我觉得有以下几点需要改进：
1. 别墅管家很热心很愿意帮忙，可是沟通完之后呈现的结果还是有差。例如食物上的沟通分量和煮食方式。尽管已经出错了，也只是道歉，其实住客也只能接受。酒店会提前邮件我菜单我们直接提前点菜，分量我也有大概备注和告知人数，别墅方也帮忙估算。提一下，价格是按食材采购价格+20%服务费算，税另加。两天晚餐我们都有剩多的食物实在太浪费，酒店是否应该有个采购食物标准例如多少克？这样住客也能清楚预算价格。
2. 刚刚说到食物采购，结账的时候会给到采购单，是手写的泰文！请问，游客怎么知道你这个单写的什么？不是应该有英语对照吗？那这样住客也能清楚知道自己的花费。所以我现在也不知道我自己的食物花费包括了什么，如果不是我要求买的，例如每天送来吃不完的水果，是否也会核算在内我是不清楚的。
3. 最后结账的时候，才跟我说付信用卡要3%额外费用，这个真的很不合理了对于一家别墅酒店。然而从一开始给我发确认信的时候也没有提及过，直到checkout才知道的。所以最后我是给了一半现金一半刷卡。
4. 走了之后回国才发现自己大意漏了两本书，但是主动问才告知我落下了。
如果冲着这个美景是真的很值得，但是酒店服务还是有待加强。

酒店所有服務員態度友善細心，酒店環境非常好，廚師整嘢食好好味，最滿意嘅一間酒店，下次必定會再選擇
