Superb, safe and a must stay for a family holiday or quite couples holiday

Superb for a family holiday. Staff were brilliant in every way, nothing was a problem. Being a single father, I brought my 3 daughters, aged 11, 16 and 19. They loved the hotel and being straight across the road from the beach was an added bonus, soft sand and nice waves. We did activities most days and were well located for them. Even though we were only 15km from most of them it was still a 40min taxi ride and it’s one road and can be busy at times. I used the Bolt app for taxis, very fast, safe and cheap. Girls loved the shopping in old Phuket town and especially Patong Markets. When we got back at night I enjoyed a drink at the bar and have to say that Bank and all the staff were really good and welcoming. Really enjoyed the chats with Bank. Overall superb location for a nice family holiday, very safe and all the amenities within 5 minute walk, especially the 7-11 store which had everything and the girls renamed it the 6 7-11 store one other thing, pay the extra money to do the best rated activities. This is a case that the more you pay the better it is, and that’s everything.

Excellent hotel, large room and bathroom, clean and well equipped. Great breakfast and evening menu, really helpful staff. Good location away from the busiest areas buy by a smaller quieter beach

The beach seemed closer in the description and photos! To access the beach you have to walk through a parking lot. The breakfast was wonderful.

Genuine warmth, care and hospitality

Our family just returned from our second stay at the Outrigger Surin. So great to see Nim and Fern agin who took such great care of us. The breakfast and facilities are top notch and Surin beach is right in front of the hotel. A Top supermarket is just up the street and the malls and restaurants of Cherngtalay are just a short drive away. Can’t wait for our next visit!
