Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Boat Lagoon Marina, or easily tackle the quick 6-minute drive to Royal Phuket Marina. After you return, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the patio and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV. As you settle into the place, you'll find a safe, air conditioning, a desk, and blackout drapes/curtains. You can also use the jetted bathtub, plus other bathroom amenities like free toiletries, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as a coffee maker, a minibar, and a microwave.

Each bedroom have 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and toilet. The 4th bedroom is located outside the main house(opposite side to the pool)

Loved it- but can do better.
Location is 45 min from Patong in a car, had red ants in the cupboards which got into our suitcases, got charged a 500BHT towel cleaning charge even though the towels/bedsheets were clean at checkout. The water pressure is average in the shower.

Phenomenal villa and experience
What can I say - a brilliant villa which is beautifully maintained and staff are friendly and always willing to make your stay very welcome.
Optional breakfast was available for ridiculously cheap and all requests were catered for. We required a minibus for the final day journey back to the airport and gave the manager a very short turnaround time, despite this we received the bus for an excellent rate.
In short, if you're going to Phuket and are considering Phuket Lagoon Pool Villa - go for it!
Only issue would be that since it is a new complex some drivers may not know exactly where it is but you can easily reference the 7/11 which is 3 min walk from the villa. This is by no means a sticking point when deciding to go and should definitely not be a deal breaker..
