Amazing Honeymoon break

We stayed at the Pullman for one night during our honeymoon, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Phuket.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and everyone went out of their way to make our honeymoon feel special.
The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the sea. We watched an unforgettable sunset before enjoying an incredible steak dinner as the last of the sun disappeared below the horizon. To make the evening even more special, the team surprised us with a beautiful dessert served on a personalised board with our names on it – such a thoughtful touch that we will always remember.
One of the biggest surprises was the beach. Just a short walk below the hotel is a gorgeous stretch of golden sand with crystal-clear water. It was peaceful, clean, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. We spent hours there and even came away with a little sunburn because we didn’t want to leave!
Breakfast the following morning was absolutely fantastic. The choice was incredible, with something to suit every taste and culture. Whether you wanted a full cooked breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, Asian dishes, or healthier options, there was an amazing selection. It was one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve experienced and catered brilliantly for guests of all ages and backgrounds.
The room, facilities, and attention to detail were all excellent, creating the perfect mix of luxury and relaxation.
Thank you to everyone at Pullman for making part of our honeymoon so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway and can’t wait to return one day.

The breakfast selection here is delightfully diverse, featuring a fresh salad bar, a variety of pastries, and made-to-order fresh juices. I would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service: K.Khao promptly accommodated us with seating, K.Orn provided helpful recommendations on local Thai specialties, and K.Pupay and K.Neung maintained attentive service throughout. Special thanks to Jaew for serving a wonderfully rich Thai-style coffee. This experience is truly unique and unmatched anywhere else.

Pullman Naithon is the best hotel I have ever stayed at
K. Bo, who assisted us during check-in, provided outstanding service and helped us get our room very quickly.
All of the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We were impressed from the very first moment we arrived ✨
K. Bonus at the swimming pool was also very kind and helpful, always giving friendly recommendations and taking great care of us, which made our stay even more special
Our room, number 3702, had a beautiful garden view with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless, modernly designed, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It was so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave ️✨
K. Dao and K. Ray at the spa were also wonderful. They explained the spa programs in great detail and recommended treatments in such a friendly and professional manner. Their warm hospitality made us feel relaxed and impressed even before starting the spa experience ✨♀️

Also, the Kids Club staff, Linda and Ple, were absolutely amazing. They took such great care of our daughter, were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring with the children. They made us feel comfortable and reassured while our daughter had so much fun during the stay

Beautiful private resort
The hotel is beautiful and clean, offering a high level of privacy. The breakfast is delicious, and Ms. Orn provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet is varied, complete, clean, and offers a wide selection of choices.
The food was fresh, clean, and of very good quality. The waitresses were also lovely, attentive, and provided excellent service.
