its good located in the center nice apartments whit good furnishing not in the mountain
close to the market and shops the rooms are bigger than i aspect and very clean

Nul. Personnel irrespectueux. Ménage mal fait. Pas de restaurant. Loin de la plage à pied. Très mauvaise adresse. Ne pas aller là bas il y a tellement d'autres endroits. Le pire endroit de phuket malgré le fait que kata soit très sympa

très bon hotel

chambres très agréables ainsi que le personnel. prix très intéressants. possibilité de location de véhicules...scooters ou voitures. plage à 400m, très jolie plage de kata... je recommande aux petits budgets qui désirent de la tranquillité.

Из плюсов только однозначная дешевость при бронировании (бронировал в ноябре 2014, когда даже трешки на 4-5-й линии стоили по 80 тычсяч). Однаков январе все отлеи снизили цены, и в итоге, оказалось не так уж и дешево. При заселении выдали лежаки и зонтик бесплатно (сейчас на Кате с эти проблема - на пляжах Пхукета разогнали весь мелкий бизнес по сдаче лежаков и зонтиков в аренду на день).
Минусы. Убираются максимум раз в неделю, нет ресепшена (вмсето него обслуживающий персонал, которому и отдаешь деньги), полотенца меняют только по настойчивому требованию, мусор выносят также по требованию только. В целом апартаменты требуют ремонта (причем уже серьезного, у нас, например, одно окно не закрывалось до конца), ванная комната старая, а душ в черной плесени. Когда приехали, аппартаменты не были убраны, с кухни воняло. При заезде берут депозит за электроэнергию в 2000 бат. При выезде насчитали еще 500 бат. Все это сверх к стоимости проживания. Проверить потраченную электроэнергию невозможно. В течение 2-х недель дважды вырубался свет. Реальное местонахождение аппартаментов отличается от заявленной карты (до пляжа 15 минут пешком).
